WinkWink is an 18+ app. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or direct content to anyone under the age of 18.
Use of the App
WinkWink is provided for entertainment purposes. The app allows you to:
- Track personal activities anonymously
- View zodiac-based statistics
- Participate in a fun, judgment-free community
You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Account and Data
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not create user accounts or store personally identifiable information on our servers. All tracking data remains private and anonymous.

Information We Collect
WinkWink collects minimal information to provide and improve our service:
Information You Provide:
- Date of Birth: Used only to verify you are 18+ and calculate your zodiac sign. Your full date of birth is not stored; only your age and zodiac sign are retained locally on your device.
- Gender: Optional, used for personalized statistics
- Activity Logs: Self-reported activities you choose to track, stored locally on your device
Advertising Information We Collect:
To provide you with a free, ad-supported experience, we work with third-party advertising partners who collect certain information:
- Advertising ID: A unique device identifier used to deliver relevant advertisements (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
- IP Address: Your device's IP address, used for ad delivery and fraud prevention
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and similar technical data
- Ad Interaction Data: Information about ads you view or interact with
- Location (Approximate): General location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)
Why we collect this: This information helps us show you relevant ads and keep WinkWink free to use. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

These advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information. They may share information with their partners and use it for personalized advertising across different apps and websites.
Opting Out of Personalized Advertising
You have choices regarding personalized advertising:
iOS Users:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Or deny tracking permission when WinkWink requests it
Android Users:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads
- Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- Or reset your Advertising ID
Note: Opting out will not reduce the number of ads you see, but they will be less relevant to your interests.
Data Storage and Security
Your activity data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not transmit your personal activity logs to our servers. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are used for app analytics.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With advertising partners as described above (advertising ID, IP address, device info)
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (stored locally on your device)

Children's Privacy
